Just a normal Wednesday at CLERC. 15-16 volunteers working the various processes that puts eyeglasses on faces, when in walks Chestermere Lions President. Arnold Williams and presents us with a cheque for $500. A nice way to start our day. Donations like this help pay the rent, buy the chemicals necessary for the eyeglass sterilizer, plastic bags to place the glasses and the prescription in, and cover a multitude of other needs. It takes money to process eyewear and we once again have a boatload of gratitude to the Chestermere Lions for donating to the cause.
